Important Notice: CCRS Processing Times
Due to the spike in the volume of sales for 420, CCRS processing time is slowed.
The LCB is aware that processing is taking longer than expected and notifications are also impacted. We know that these delays cause disruptions. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are able, please limit uploads to 250 files per hour.
The LCB CCRS team is working to speed up processing. Submitting a ticket to the LCB Service Desk may not be of any use, as the system is simply overloaded with the volume of submissions.
We are also aware of contradicting email notices for manifest processing where both success and failure emails are being sent. If you get a failure email and your CCRS Manifest PDF email, please disregard the failure and do not reupload the report.
