LCB Action: Cannabis-Related Rulemaking – Proposed Rules for Cannabis Samples
On Jan. 29, 2025, during its regularly scheduled meeting the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following cannabis-related action:
Cannabis Samples: Proposed rules filed – Public comment period now open
The Board approved a rule proposal (CR 102) to amend WAC 314-55-096 related to cannabis samples for cannabis licensees and their employees. Public comment is open until the public hearing currently scheduled for Mar. 12, 2025.
