LCB Board Action: Cannabis Rulemaking - Proposed Rules for the Social Equity in Cannabis Program
On July 31, 2024, during its regularly scheduled meeting the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following cannabis-related action:
Social Equity in Cannabis Program: Proposed rules filed – Public comment period now open
The Board approved a rule proposal (CR 102) to amend WAC 314-55-570 to modify the existing Social Equity in Cannabis Program rules to implement Engrossed Second Substitute Senate Bill (E2SSB) 5080, related to expanding and improving the Social Equity in Cannabis Program.
