LCB Actions: Cannabis Licensee Payment Flexibility – Proposed rules filed – Public comment period now open
On July 31, 2024, during its regularly scheduled meeting the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following cannabis-related actions:
The Board approved a rule proposal (CR 102) to amend WAC 314-55-115 to specify how licensees can buy cannabis from other licensees and pay for it with a check by mail.
