LCB Board Action: Medical Cannabis Endorsement Rule Amendments Adopted
On June 18, 2024, during a meeting rescheduled from June 19, 2024 due to the Juneteenth holiday, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following actions:
Final Rules Adopted – Effective July 19, 2024:
The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) amending WAC 314-55-080 for medical cannabis endorsement holders, requiring the posting of cannabis consultant available hours and creating an opportunity for medical cannabis endorsement holders to fix rule violations before having endorsements discontinued.
