The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) is hosting two public sessions on the rulemaking being developed to implement E2SSB 5080, the Social Equity in Cannabis program.

Session 1: Wednesday, May 15, 2024, 3 – 5 p.m.

Session's primary focus: Feedback on the draft scoring rubric criteria, point allocation, and documentation to demonstrate eligibility.
