Invitation: E2SSB 5367 (“THC Bill”) Implementation Rulemaking Workshop Series – Updated

Greetings,

I wanted to let you to know about changes to the THC Bill Rulemaking Workshop Series schedule and events. Because LCB has so many active and pending rule projects, we are reducing the number of stakeholder workshops and have new dates for the workshops.

We know your time is valuable, and we want to make sure you have a chance to provide feedback on issues that impact you.

We appreciate all the interest and collaboration on rule engagement. Suggestions received to date have been discussed and considered, and we welcome further feedback on the continuing rule development.
