Invitation: E2SSB 5367 (“THC Bill”) Implementation Rulemaking Workshops Series – Session #1

The Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) is kicking off a series of workshops with two rulemaking workshops to discuss and gather feedback on draft proposed rule language being considered as the agency prepares to implement the THC bill.

Several sections of state rules (Chapter 314-55 WAC) require modifications to implement the legislation. During the first session on this bill, the discussion will focus on proposed changes to two rule sections: WAC 314-55-010 (Definitions) and WAC 314-55-080 (Medical Cannabis Endorsements).

Both workshop sessions cover the same topics, so there is no need to attend both.

Tuesday, March 26,  3-4 p.m.
