LCB Action: Allowing People Under 21 Years Old on Premises of Licensed Cannabis Producers and Processors - Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) Filed
On Feb. 28, 2024, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:
The Board approved a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) to consider amending WAC 314-55-015 to allow certain people under 21 years old on the licensed premises of cannabis producers and processors, under limited circumstances, provided specific conditions are met.
The LCB is looking forward to receiving feedback and input from stakeholders and the public on this topic during the rulemaking process.
