Invitation: public and licensee sessions on Medical Cannabis Endorsement rulemaking  

As part of Liquor and Cannabis Board’s (LCB) ongoing rulemaking on Medical Cannabis Endorsements, the agency is hosting two online stakeholder sessions to discuss some of the changes that have been tentatively drafted as part of the rulemaking process.

The subject will be the new proposed draft rule language on WAC 314-55-080 on Medical Cannabis Endorsements. More information about the Medical Cannabis Endorsements rule project is available on the LCB Rules webpage.
