LCB Board Action: Implementation of 2023 Liquor Legislation re: Short-Term Rentals
On Sept. 27, 2023, during its regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action:
Final Rules Adopted – Effective Oct. 28, 2023:
The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) amending WAC 314-24-180 and WAC 314-24-190 to reflect that wine distributors may now sell directly to holders of special permits for short-term rental operators under RCW 66.20.010(18) and RCW 66.24.200.
