LCB Board Action: Private Club Membership Drive
On Aug. 30, 2023, during its regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following actions:
Final Rules Adopted – Effective Sept. 30, 2023:
The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) amending WAC 314-40-040 to allow private clubs to add additional membership drives, host consecutive membership drives, or both.
