Good afternoon,

This is a reminder about important updates for the CCRS system changes coming on Jan. 9, 2023. Key information is listed and linked below.

Please take note. All new files and instructions described below are on the CCRS Resources Page.

  1. Existing strains must be re-uploaded using new Strain.CSV file
  • All licensees will need to re-upload all existing strains using the new Strain.CSV report on Jan. 9, 2023.
    • We expect little impact to already uploaded inventory, product and plant records, as long as the NEW Strain.CSV uses the exact same strain information submitted prior to Jan. 9, with the addition of the license number (see below).
    • The new Strain.CSV format now has a required field for license number. This new feature will associate the uploaded strain to the specific licensee who is uploading it.
    • Existing strain names should be re-used verbatim if there is existing inventory or plant reports that reference them.
    • For detailed instructions and information on the new strain upload, please see the Strain Section of the CCRS Upload User Guide.
  1. Updated .CSV files and valid values As of Jan. 9, the Manifest webform, Strain.CSV and Plant.CSV files currently in use will not be accepted in CCRS. If an old .CSV format (those currently used in CCRS) is used on or after Jan. 9, the upload will fail. See the CCRS Resources page for further details.
  2. Current reporting requirements and files apply until Jan. 9
  3. New Manifest.CSV file will replace current webform
  4. Users will now be notified via email of successful Manifest.CSV uploads
  5. You can "practice" now through Jan. 8
  • We want your feedback! Please let us know about your experience using the files for upload and new user resources.

All new formats and detailed instructions can be found on the CCRS Resources Page.
