The CCRS application experienced an outage today between 11:40 am. and 4:10 pm.
If a system user believes they made a successful upload during this time, it was not received by CCRS and needs to be resubmitted.
The underlying cause was a hardware failure within the cloud provider's system which has now been resolved. The system is back online.
