Minors Present on Cannabis Producer/Processor Premises

 Allowance Extended through Dec.31, 2022

The Minors Present on Premises to Support Families Impacted by School Closures allowance that was set to expire on Sept. 30 has been extended through Dec. 31, 2022. As it has from the beginning, this allowance applies only to wholesale producers and processors.
