LCB Board Action: Preproposal statement of inquiry withdrawn re: expanding definitions related to the evaluation of additives, solvents, ingredients, compounds, or concentrates used in the production or processing of cannabis products
On September 14, 2022, during a regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:

Preproposal statement of inquiry withdrawn
The Board withdrew a preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101) to consider creating new, amending, or repealing existing rule sections as necessary to identify and further define terms including, but not limited to, additives, solvents, ingredients, compounds, or concentrates used in the production or processing of cannabis products.
