LCB Board Action: Expedited rulemaking filed – Updating obsolete addresses in Title 314 WAC
On August 17, 2022, during their regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action:
General Rulemaking Action:
Expedited Rule Proposal Filed—Public Comment Period Now Open
The Board approved a proposal for expedited rulemaking (CR 105) to update obsolete addresses for buildings, email, and websites throughout Title 314 WAC. These changes are technical in nature. No other types of changes are proposed.
