LCB Board Action: Permanent Rule Making (CR-103) for WAC 314-55-108 Regarding Cannabis Pesticide Action Levels

On June 8, during a regularly scheduled meeting, the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action:

Permanent Rule Making

Approved a rule-making order (CR 103) regarding cannabis pesticide action levels to update technical chemical isomer information for some types of pesticides included in cannabis quality control testing and to ensure consistency with WAC 315-55-102 concerning remediation of cannabis products that have failed quality control testing. Other amendments to the rules were adopted to remove redundant rule language contained subsections (4) and (5), and to update the term “quality assurance testing” to “quality control testing.”
