On May 11, 2022, during a regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action:
General Rulemaking Action:
Proposed Rules Filed—Public Comment Period Now Open
The Board approved a rule proposal (CR 102) to adopt electronic transmission as an additional means for service and filing of documents. “Electronic transmission” is defined as including, but not limited to, email, web portal, fax, or other similar methods. The proposed rule also outlines procedures for service and filing of documents by electronic transmission.
The public hearing on this rule proposal will be held during the regularly scheduled Board meeting on June 22, 2022 at 10 a.m.
