Re:      Transitioning from Leaf to CCRS

Below you will find important updates and reminders about the Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS). Thus far, approximately 60% of licensees have successfully logged into CCRS and there has been positive trending each day. Licensees who have not yet accessed CCRS should do so right away to remain in compliance with state reporting requirements.

Accessing Leaf Data – Important Reminders

This morning, the CCRS Steering Committee voted to proceed with the decommissioning of Leaf Data Systems (Leaf) as planned. This means that Leaf will be turned off and unavailable beginning Saturday, Dec. 18 at 5 p.m.

Once Leaf is decommissioned, the state will receive the system’s final data backup. If licensees need to access Leaf data to complete their initial CCRS uploads, the window to gather that information from Leaf closes on Saturday. From that point forward, individuals may submit a records request to publicrecords@lcb.wa.gov to access archived data.

This message is to urge those licensees who have not yet made the transition to CCRS to act now.

For licensees who have not yet accessed CCRS to report data or to authorize an approved third-party integrator, there are login instructions on page 4 of the CCRS User Guide. Access is only possible by using the exact email address currently on file with LCB. If you need to update your email address with LCB, email LicensingChanges@lcb.wa.gov. If you plan to use an integrator, you must first access CCRS to authorize them to report on your behalf.

CCRS Resources

Please review the CCRS resources on the LCB website. These resources include a list of Approved Integrators, Frequently Asked Questions, documentation related to CCRS, and recordings of webinars hosted throughout the development process.

Assistance

As with any new system, there can be challenges that arise when using a new technical resource. LCB appreciates the patience and partnerships happening now as employees and licensees move forward on the new reporting system.
