The LCB is pleased to communicate the successful deployment of the Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS). With this successful application launch, the reporting expectations for cannabis industry reporting transactions have changed from Leaf traceability software to CCRS.
Reporting Expectations
These expectations have been fully outlined in previous communications and are available throughout the documentation available on the LCB website. A few reminders:
- Weekly reporting is now required via CCRS instead of Leaf. A reminder that there are some users whose frequency of reporting remains daily, or within 24 hours of the activity. (Example: test result reporting from certified labs).
- Become acquainted with the templates, user guides, and manuals. Familiarity with CCRS templates is crucial.
- Leaf will be fully decommissioned and not available after Dec. 18, 2021.
- When Leaf is decommissioned, the state will receive the system’s final output and individuals may submit a Records Request to access any archived data.
CCRS Resources
Please remember to review the CCRS resources on the LCB website. These resources include a list of Approved Integrators, Frequently Asked Questions, documentation related to CCRS, and recordings of webinars hosted throughout the development process.
Please note: During the first few days of the new system there are many users accessing the system for the first time. For those who need assistance, LCB has resources in place to answer questions as quickly as possible, however, please know you may experience a short delay in response.
Questions and Assistance
Thank you for your patience and flexibility during these initial days of the CCRS system.
