This message is to clarify the message “Leaf Decommission and CCRS Expectations” sent earlier this morning. The message noted a “bug,” which is not an accurate description. The message should have read as follows.
Known CCRS Issue
In recent CCRS testing, an issue was discovered that will return an error message or will cause unreliable results within your licensee data for any fields within your .csv file containing commas or quotations. Licensees and integrators should not use commas and quotations in their .csv file submissions. A Change Request will be drafted and presented to the Steering Committee for discussion and decision for inclusion in a future release.
