Re: HB 1480 Temporary Endorsements Now Available
Temporary Endorsements for Liquor Licensees -- Curbside / Delivery / Take Out
This notice to liquor licensees is about temporary endorsements created through House Bill 1480 and the conditions for the endorsements moving forward. These endorsements allow businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic to expand specific privileges to support their business and customer needs as described below.
All endorsements will be free of charge and expire on July 1, 2023.
Factory-Sealed Containers
Allows the following liquor licensed businesses to sell factory sealed alcohol products for curbside, delivery and takeout service:
- Beer/Wine Restaurant
- Spirits/Beer/Wine Restaurant
- Beer/Wine Tavern
- Liquor Caterer
- Snack Bar
- Domestic Winery
- Domestic Brewery/Microbrewery
- Domestic Distillery/Craft Distillery
- Non-Profit Arts Organization
Cocktail Kits/ Premixed Drinks/ Wine To-Go
Allows the following liquor licensed businesses to sell wine by the glass or premixed wine drinks by the glass for curbside, delivery, and takeout service:
- Beer/Wine Restaurant
- Spirits/Beer/Wine Restaurant
Allows the following licensed businesses to sell premixed cocktails and cocktail kits for curbside, delivery, and takeout service:
- Spirits/Beer/Wine Restaurant
Growlers
Allows the following liquor licensed businesses to sell growlers for curbside, delivery, and takeout service.
- Beer/Wine Restaurant
- Spirits/Beer/Wine Restaurant
- Beer/Wine Tavern
- Domestic Brewery/Microbrewery
- Beer/Wine Grocery Store
- Beer/Wine Specialty Shop
- Hotel
