CCRS Updates: Webinar, pilot testing results and open testing phase
The first phase of testing is complete and the Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS) is ready for all licensees to prepare for the next testing phase and the early December system launch.
We had great response to our pilot-testing request and we are grateful to the volunteer partners who worked with LCB on initial testing. We had testers representing all cannabis license types, labs and system integrators. Through these efforts we identified and corrected several important issues with the system itself and the user resources.
Open Testing Begins Oct. 4, 2021
Beginning the afternoon of Monday, October 4, at 2 p.m., CCRS will begin the open-testing phase.
We are offering a webinar earlier that day (details below) for those who will interact directly with CCRS. If you aren’t able to attend, the webinar will be recorded and posted to the CCRS webpage for future viewing.
This technical webinar will feature a system demonstration, overview of the user guides and specifications, review of contacts, testing overview including issue submission, and FAQs.

Other Important Notes
Before December, all licensees are encouraged to get and reconcile their data to reflect current plants and inventory to help make the transition to CCRS easier.
We will use Gov Delivery as the primary method of sending updates on CCRS. The CCRS webpage will also contain updated resources, tools and information.
