Sept. 8, Webinar: Moving from Leaf to new Central Cannabis Reporting System (CCRS)
Cannabis licensees, testing labs, and third-party system integrators are invited to attend a webinar on the new CCRS system that will soon replace much of the reporting currently accomplished through the Leaf Data System.
CCRS will simplify the reporting of cannabis data and will use the state’s existing Secure Access Washington (SAW) system, which is already used by licensees for other state-required purposes.
The webinar session will cover the fundamental processes and data reporting requirements of CCRS and will detail how testing, training, and technical resources and support will be provided before the system launches.
WHEN: September 8, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
WHERE: Join on your computer or smart phone using Microsoft (MS) Teams.

The session will cover the fundamental processes and data reporting requirements of CCRS. Additionally, it will detail how testing, training, and technical support will be provided before the system launches.
A few important notes:
- Before December, all licensees should get and reconcile their data to reflect actual plants and inventory to help make the transition to CCRS easier.
- In the coming months, we will use Gov Delivery as a primary way to send updates on CCRS. Please ensure to read all LCB-related information.
- Volunteers are needed for helping with the testing of the system before it is launched. We will soon be reaching out for volunteers during the webinar and via Gov Delivery emails.
Before the Webinar – Questions
- If you have questions you would like addressed in the Webinar, please send them to CCRS@lcb.wa.gov. Questions will be answered live and used in the development of a FAQ page which will posted to the CCRS webpage.
