Leaf Traceability System Restored
Leaf Traceability users and integrators,
Today the Leaf Traceability application experienced an extended outage due to an unforeseen issue with a part of the application hosted in Amazon Web Services. This issue has been restored as of 4:30 P.M. .
For those that work directly in the leaf system, you likely were not able to enter any updates during the outage window, but if you did they will not be in the Leaf system.
For integrators or those that work with integrators, please ensure that your systems account for this outage period.
If you find issues or errors with leaf entries associated with this outage, please open a support ticket with MJ Freeway as per normal support procedures.
We will be following up as soon as we have exact time stamps of the last data point accepted prior to the outage, and the exact time the transactions were back to being received post-outage.
