Responses to Common Themes Document and Deliberative Dialogue Session Recordings Now Available

WSLCB has been considering revisions and new rule sections that would add pesticide and heavy metal testing to the current suite of tests required for cannabis products.

A hearing on a supplemental rule proposal (WSR 20-20-040) was held on November 18, 2020. All comments were reviewed, sorted by theme, and responses are offered in a Responses to Common Themes document. Exhibits can be found in Exhibits A and B, and Exhibits C though J

*Please note that the Responses to Common Themes document is not a “concise explanatory statement” as described in RCW 34.05.325, or an “interpretive or policy statement” as described in RCW 34.05.230. The document is for informational, educational, and discussion purposes only.
