The WSLCB Board met yesterday, November 18, 2020. During the meeting, the following actions were taken: 

Proposed Rulemaking (CR-102) 

Implementation of Alcohol-related 2020 Legislation – HB 2412, ESSB 5006, ESSB 6095, and SSB 6392

 

Recently Adopted Rules (CR-103) 

Emergency Rules (WAC 314-12) – General – Applicable to all Licensees (Effective November 18, 2020)
