Survey on return of banned vapor products: SUBMIT BY FRIDAY 10/25

Processor, Producer/Processor and Retail Licensees: We would like your input on the possible return of banned products to the wholesaler.
The Board of Health Emergency Rule 246-80 WAC banning flavored marijuana vapor products has created a financial liability for many cannabis licensees. Current Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) rules do not allow retailers to return the banned products in exchange for credit to be used for future purchase of allowed products. We are interested in understanding the impacts that current rules have on all affected members of the licensed community.
