Dear Licensees:
This notification is to let you know that changes have been made to the Washington Marijuana Transportation Manifest form on our website.
The manual form now supports capture of more detailed information in an open field format.
Information accepted in the open field will now include:
- origin licensee number;
- inventory name and description;
- medical designation;
- strain;
- test results;
- Unit of Measure;
- weight; and
- Reference ID.
These changes provide a higher level of traceability for product transfers. If you have questions or need assistance with the updated Washington Marijuana Transportation Manifest, please contact the MJ Examiners at 360-664-1614.
