500 Series Errors are High Priority for Fix

Licensees, Labs and Integrators, 

A brief message to let you know that the LCB is aware that both licensees and third party integrators may be experiencing various 500 series errors (500, 502 and 504). These errors may include timeouts, slowdowns and trouble with the API itself. All 500 series errors have been escalated and are being tracked with high priority, and fixes are underway. As soon as resolution has been reached for these errors, you will be notified.
