WSLCB Enforcement & Education Division Review Forums

Dear WSLCB licensees:

You’re invited to attend an in-person facilitated discussion hosted by an independent third party consulting firm regarding the WSLCB Enforcement and Education Division.  

Security risk management firm Hillard Heintze will review all aspects of operations and management in this division, including policies, complaint intake and investigations, internal processes, and training and accountability.

The purpose of these forums is to gather stakeholder input into the assessment of the Division. WSLCB’s overall intent of the assessment is to identify additional ways to build relationships and trust between our agency and the industries that we regulate.

WSLCB chose this third-party, neutral vendor to lead this effort to ensure 100 percent unbiased data gathering. LCB staff will not be present at these forums.
