Notice of Rulemaking - Pre-proposal Filing for Marijuana Retail License Forfeiture Rules #18-05
The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board would like your input on proposed amendments to Marijuana Retail License Forfeiture Rules in Chapter 314-55 WAC. These proposed rules are to construct a marijuana retail license forfeiture process as required by changes in state law during the 2017 legislative session, codified in RCW 69.50.325.

The Liquor and Cannabis Board encourages you to give input on the subject of these potential changes. Following the comment period, the agency will send out and publish the proposed rules, establish a comment period on the proposed rules, and hold a public hearing before the rules are adopted.
