Kingston Fast Ferry Sailings Cancelled, Sept. 20-21
Kitsap Transit is cancelling Kingston Fast Ferry sailings for the rest of Friday, Sept. 20, and all sailings on Saturday, Sept. 21.
We will issue an update over the weekend on the status of Kingston Fast Ferry service for Monday, Sept. 23.
The Melissa Ann has been taken out of service for emergency repairs. The Melissa Ann was operating as the back-up vessel for the Finest, which has been out of service since early August for repairs.
Repairs to Finest are taking longer than expected. Finest is now scheduled to return to service during the week of September 30.
Customers who ride the Kingston Fast Ferry can ride the Bainbridge-Seattle route operated by Washington State Ferries (WSF). Kitsap Fast Ferries passholders should see a ticket agent at the Pier 50 passenger-only ferry terminal to obtain a ticket to ride WSF from Colman Dock.
Customers who typically ride Kitsap Transit’s Routes 302 or 307 to the Kingston Ferry Terminal will need to use an alternative bus route from the Bainbridge Ferry Terminal:

Route 302 passengers should ride the Route 91--Indianola.
- Route 302 passengers traveling to the Clearwater Park & Ride should ride Routes 333, 338, or 390.
- Route 307 passengers traveling to the North Viking Transit Center should ride Routes 390 or 390 Express.
- Route 307 & Kingston Ride Fast Ferry Commuter passengers traveling to George’s Corner P&R should ride the Route 91--Kingston.
- An additional 91 Express bus will be added for the 5:20pm WSF arrival to connect passengers traveling from Bainbridge Island to George’s Corner P&R.
- Both Route 91 (Indianola & Kingston) buses stop at the Suquamish P&R. The 5:25pm 91 Express to George’s Corner will not stop at the Suquamish P&R.
