 There will be a Public Hearing with the Board of County Commissioners for the proposed Boundary Line Adjustment code and associated code amendments on Monday, June 8, at 5:30 PM in the Commissioners Chambers located on the third floor of the DCD Administration Building. The draft ordinance, including the proposed code and code amendments, is now available on the Boundary Line Adjustment Code webpage for public review.
All interested parties are encouraged to review the documents and submit public comment. Feedback, questions, and suggestions regarding the proposed ordinance may be submitted via the project comment form.
