The victims of the incident on Safe Haven Lane in Port Orchard on November 19, 2023, have been identified as:
Lilith C. Stewart; 47 and
Kaylynn Hawkins; 41
Both have Port Orchard addresses listed.
Autopsies were performed by Kitsap County’s Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Lindsey Harle.
Cause of Death for Kaylynn Hawkins is: Gunshot wound to the head. Manner is: Homicide
Cause of Death for Lilith Stewart is: Gunshot wound to the head. Manner is: Suicide
