Dealing with any amount of forgetfulness or memory loss can be scary. And either can happen to us for a lot of reasons, which can make it hard to know when to ask for help.
Talking with your health care provider, family, and friends early on can help you sort it out. The reassurance that you're not alone is helpful to many people when it comes to learning about brain health and memory loss, adapting to living with memory impairment, or helping someone with maintaining their independence.
The "When it's Time to Talk About Memory Loss" brochure, here is a helpful review of the types of signs to talk about with your health care provider.
