Victim of Mile Hill Road incident identified

For Immediate Release:

 

The victim of the incident in the 7400 block of Mile Hill Road in Kitsap County on Friday, February 24, 2023 has been identified as:

• Doyle Budd, a 33-year-old male with no permanent address in Kitsap County.

An autopsy was performed by Kitsap County’s Chief Medical Examiner Doctor Lindsey Harle.

Cause of death is multiple blunt force injuries; manner is accident.
