Coroner announces identity of victim of Port Orchard incident

Kitsap County Coroner Jeff Wallis today announced the identity of the victim of an incident on Hutchins Avenue in Port Orchard April 5, 2021 as:
Steven E. Kerr, a 39-year-old male from Bremerton.
The cause and manner of death are pending an autopsy, which is currently planned for Thursday, April 8.
