Coroner announces identity of victim in Dec. 26 incident

Kitsap County Coroner Jeff Wallis announced the identity of the victim in the Tiburon Court incident in Port Orchard on Dec. 26, 2020 as: 

 William Matthews, age 36, of Port Orchard

After autopsy, Kitsap County Forensic Pathologist Lindsey Harle determined:

  • The cause and manner of death as Complex Homicidal Violence. 
  • The manner of death is Homicide.
