SMP Periodic Review Online Open House!
Where: Review SMP Kitsap Online
When: December 17, 2020, to April 24, 2021
Kitsap County has launched an online open house to share information about the Shoreline Master Program (SMP) Periodic Review process! Please explore this new online community resource and learn what a Shoreline Master Program is, why it is reviewed, and learn about the review process.Other key features of the Online Open House include opportunities to:
- Access project resources and documents,
- Explore the proposed SMP amendments, and
- Discover upcoming opportunities for you to join the review process.
Please visit the Online Open House regularly to view additionally posted updates that will occur before the February 2021 public comment period. These updates will include more information about proposed code amendments and provide additional information on opportunities for you to ask staff members questions and submit comments.
The County will also continue to update project status and public engagement opportunities at the monthly project update meetings. These monthly meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of each month from December 2020 to May 2021.
