The Kitsap Public Health District updated its friendly flyer to include creative ways to celebrate and avoid high-risk activities. Download the flyer, companion poster, as well as other resources to help deal with the impacts of COVID-19 at kcowa.us/covid19resources.

Utility ratepayer assistance extended

Gov. Inslee has extended the prohibitions in Proclamation 20-23 concerning Utility Ratepayer Assistance and Preservation of Essential Services through December 31, 2020. Washington is coordinating with utilities throughout the state to protect the availability and affordability of essential utility services for those economically impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic through a variety of measures.

Do you need to contact your electric or natural gas utility company during the COVID-19 pandemic? The Washington State Department of Commerce compiled a list of electric and natural gas utilities in the state. Locate your utility and reach out directly to them to find out what assistance is available.
