Tips for a safe Labor Day weekend
It’s Labor Day weekend, and it’s time for a picnic! Online picnics are the safest from a COVID perspective, and they have fewer ants. Don’t forget to Skype in your friends and family who need to keep their risk very low and stay home!
You can help keep yourself and your loved ones safe by:
-
Having your gathering outdoors. This is much safer than gathering indoors.
-
Gathering with a very small group of people. Small groups are safer than large groups.
-
Staying at least six feet from other people. Make sure your chairs are set up far apart.
-
Skipping the hugs and handshakes.
-
Staying home if you aren’t feeling well.
Your work to stop the spread of COVID-19 is making a difference. Every time you wear a mask, every time you wash your hands before eating or touching your face, every time you stay six feet back when talking to a neighbor, you are keeping someone safe.
