Kitsap County has added enhanced features in Parcel Details that provide the following information for county parcels:
- The zone of the parcel with a live link to a summary of the appropriate zone, including allowed uses and setbacks
- Whether or not a parcel is located within a design district area, if it is, there will be a live link to a summary of the appropriate design district

Once you pull up a parcel in Parcel Details, click on "Details" in the drop down menu and select "Land & Location"
To search for a parcel, you will need a Parcel # (Tax Account), Site Address, Mailing Address or Taxpayer.
The zoning of the parcel is located in the first blue box in the right column and if the parcel is located within a Design District, it would be located in the third blue box in the right column.
What is Parcel Details?
Parcel Details is connected to Parcel Search, a search engine that provides information about all of the parcels (properties) in Kitsap County, such as:
Interactive maps, tax descriptions, size of the parcel, location, zoning, etc.

What is a Design District?
A Design District is a designated area that has specific design standards that guide the general character and the look and feel. These kind of standards include: structures, landscaping, signage, etc. There are four areas in Kitsap County that have Design Districts: Silverdale, Keyport, Kingston and Manchester.
