Affordable housing and human services focus of Kingston meeting Oct. 3

The Kingston Citizens Advisory Council's Human Services Committee will lead overviews and discussion of community efforts to address and advocate for affordable housing; the status of the new Kingston location of The Coffee Oasis, its restaurant and coffee shop, available resources and shelter for young people living homeless; and sponsoring monthly community meals. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. Oct. 3 in the Village Green Community Center, 26159 Dulay Road NE. Everyone is welcome!
The Nov. 7 meeting of the Kingston Citizens Advisory Council features a town hall with Kitsap County Commissioner Rob Gelder who will answer questions from the council and audience on topics of their choice.
