Learn more about the Naval Base Kitsap Manchester Fuel Depot at the next meeting of the Manchester Citizens Advisory Committee, which takes place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7 in the Manchester Library, 8067 East Main Street.

Glenn Schmitt, regional fuel manager of the U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command's Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, will review proposed changes to the fuel depot that may impact the area. The MCAC will also discuss a community open house, tentatively planned for October. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
