Hear our local businesses pitch ideas at a chance to win money!
The Live Pitch will be judged by a panel of three judges in a competition for the grand prize awards. All contestants will be required to give their pitch in-person. Judging Criteria for Live Pitch: Winners of the competition will be announced following the live pitch event. There will be one $5,000 winner in each category: People’s Choice, Start-Up, and Expansion.

Juanita Bay Park Tour

Juanita Bay Park offers many opportunities to view a variety of wildlife. The 110-acre park is home to songbirds, waterfowl, raptors, shorebirds, amphibians, turtles, beavers, and other small mammals.
Join Eastside Audubon Society volunteers for their monthly Bird Walk and tour of Juanita Bay Park. Tours start in the parking lot at 8 AM and occur rain or shine. Bring binoculars if you have them. Registration is not required. Children aged six and above, accompanied by an adult, are welcome.

The 7 Hills of Kirkland has been a beloved Memorial Day bike ride for over 20 years. The ride supports fundraising to provide housing and services to the Eastside’s less fortunate residents. Join a few hundred of your closest friends and challenge yourself to complete the traditional 38-mile route.
Distance too short? Then the Metric Centry 62-mile course will provide the hills your heart desires. Either way, you'll finish back at Marina Park where you can celebrate with delicious strawberry shortcake.
