On-Demand Metro Flex Transit for North Kirkland
Have you heard about the launch of the new Metro Flex on-demand transit service? It serves areas in north Kirkland, Bothell, and Kenmore. It’s like Lyft and Uber, but it costs the same as a bus trip (which is free if you’re 18 or under).
The service operates 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Volunteer with Green Kirkland
Celebrate Earth month all month long with the Green Kirkland Partnership at a volunteer stewardship event in a park near you!
Volunteers are needed to help pull weeds, spread mulch, and care for our urban forests. All training, tools, and gloves are provided and each event is led by a Green Kirkland Steward or Parks Staff.

Kirkland's recycling collection events allows residents to dispose of recyclable items that are not accepted through recycling collection services or product stewardship programs. All items collected will be reused or recycled.
