October 2026
Upcoming traffic impacts in Pioneer Square, SODO, and North Delridge begin as early as October 26
Crews will be working in Pioneer Square, SODO, and North Delridge as early as Monday, October 26, 2026. King County is doing this work to learn about conditions below ground. We will use this information to design facilities to help protect water quality in the Duwamish River and Elliott Bay. At all locations, expect temporary lane closures with at least one lane open for vehicles. Crews will clean sites and reopen lanes once work is complete.
