Start Wildfire-Safety Actions Today!

King County’s new Wildfire Ready Toolkit (pdf) gives residents simple, practical steps to reduce risk, prepare an evacuation plan, and assemble an emergency kit; developed alongside local fire and emergency partners to make it useful for our region. Waterworks Grant Program provides approximately $6 million in funding every two years to organizations carrying out a variety of water quality improvement projects; application deadline is July 20.
